A busy day ahead with 7 runners across 3 tracks
We have our busiest day of the season so far with 7 runners today at Redcar, Salisbury and Chelmsford.
Two fillies have made the trip up to Redcar:
Just A Notion makes her debut today under Saffie Osborne. Saffie knows her well from home and I am looking forward to a positive debut.
Angel Of Peace is really starting to look well and her work has been getting better and better and I am very happy with her mark of 57. This looks an ideal spot for her at Redcar and the obvious favourite Smile And Pay I am very happy to take on.
At Salisbury:
De Bruyne is really starting to look well now and he has been working nicely. He is always quite laid back in his work so I am looking forward to seeing him on the track. I think he can have a really good summer so let’s hope he gets off to a winning start.
Snuggle is looking really well and I am looking forward to seeing him run at Salisbury. The ground could be a bit tacky but I think he has a good enough chance and deserves to get his head in front and break his maiden today.
Reina Del Mar looks a picture of health and has been training well. I think she is going to be an exciting filly this year and I hope the ground doesn’t get too testing for her after such a long lay off.
V Twelve looks great and I never found an explanation for his terrible run last time. The track and trip will suit so I hope that he races with a bit more enthusiasm than last time out.
And finally this evening at Chelmsford:
Terwada is ready to make his debut and I am pleased to have Tom Marquand booked to ride at Chelmsford tonight. He is drawn well in 3 and I am hoping for a good run.
Best of luck to all connections today!
