A Friday treble!

We had a great day yesterday with a treble for the yard. 2 year-old Red Sand was very impressive on just his second start, winning under Saffie at Goodwood. Our second 2 year-old winner of the day was Stage Effect at Haydock, she was very green on debut last time and really came on for the run winning with plenty in hand at Haydock under Tom Marquand. Queen's Reign then won nicely at Goodwood under Saffie. Congratulations to all owners and all the team at home.

We have another busy day with 6 runners at Goodwood, Haydock, Salisbury and York.

Celandine makes her debut a Goodwood and is drawn well. It is going to be a competitive race no doubt with some well bred horses. I am not expecting her to trouble the judge but am hopeful for a promising run.

Umbria - I am really looking forward to seeing her run today at Goodwood. She is drawn well and this is a competitive race with big prize money on offer. She might be a bit green but I am hoping she runs well.

English Oak looks to have found a good opportunity at Haydock today over 7f. His first run back at Newmarket 22 days ago was very pleasing and we just hope the ground conditions aren’t too bad.

Tayala looks great and hasn’t put a foot wrong so far this season. She is continuing to progress I am looking forward to seeing her back on grass at Salisbury this evening. The ground over this trip should suit.

Geliceaux has had 3 starts with 2 runs on very heavy ground. She has her first run in a handicap today at Salisbury and we think the step up in trip will really help her.

Dreamrocker has made the trip up to York. She is drawn in the middle with Kieran on board who knows the family well. This is a competitive race but I am hoping the track and trip will really suit her.

Best of luck to all connections today. Pictured below Stage Effect winning yesterday.
