Amichi breaks his maiden impressively
Congratulations to Laurence Bellman who owns Amichi, an impressive winner last night at Kempton on his second start under Richard Kingscote. He looks an exciting 2 year-old and well done to all the team at home.
Today we have two runners at Kempton again.
Monopolise (6.50pm) seems to be in really good order and I am looking forward to seeing him run after a disappointing debut and a disaster at Ascot. This looks a warm race with a highly thought of favourite who is impeccably bred. Despite that I think Monopolise is a nice horse and looking through the field I think he has got a chance of being in the frame despite his big odds.
Kingofhell (7.20pm) seems very well at home and hopefully back on the all weather he can get his head back in front with the blinkers on for the first time. He is drawn well in 4 and Richard Kingscote rides. It looks a pretty competitive race for the grade but he is better than what he lets on so hopefully he can put his best foot forward.
