An exciting day at Newmarket

We are looking forward to an exciting day at Newmarket this afternoon. 

Queens Award looks a picture of health and is ready to make her debut in the 16.20 Maiden. I am glad we are going to Newmarket where the ground will be much better than Newbury and although it looks a hot race, I am hoping that she can run with promise with Tom Marquand on board. 

Waipiro has been training well and I am looking forward to seeing him run at Newmarket (16.45) where the ground is good and I think he has improved a lot since last year. He is a stronger horse and it is great to have Tom back on board so hopefully he runs a big race although it looks a very stiff contest. 

Monopolise (17.15) was a shade disappointing on seasonal debut at Kempton but I am hoping that he is going to have improved for that run and I look forward to seeing him over the same course and distance where he won last year.
