Baba Ghanouj & Quicksilver run today

We have got two runners today between Wolverhampton and Newcastle. Baba Ghanouj (pictured) has her second start in division one of the Class 5 fillies' novice over an extended mile at Wolverhampton, she is drawn in 9 of 12 and will be ridden by David Probert. She showed plenty of promise when fourth on debut at Newmarket two months ago and hopefully she can show improvement today which should see her go close in a competitive looking race.

At Newcastle Quicksilver makes her handicap debut in the Class 6 nursery over five furlongs, she is drawn in 13 of 13 and will be ridden by Liam Keniry. She showed plenty of promise at Sandown two starts ago over the minimum distance and hopefully a return to that trip today will see her run well again.
