Midnight Gun wins on his third start. We have an exciting weekend of runners

Midnight Gun was an impressive winner last night when breaking his maiden at Nottingam on his third start. Congratulations to his owner breeders Rockcliffe Stud.

Today we have an exciting day with 5 runners.

At Ascot:

Rose Prick is a big price and the ground should be ideal for her. I am confident she will run a big race albeit a not great draw. It is great to have Oisin on board so fingers crossed.

Popmaster is in great form. It is a very competitive race but he is working well at home and I am looking forward to seeing him on the track at Ascot.

Pivotal Days makes his debut at Ascot. This is a nice starting point for him but he will no doubt need further in time.

Miss Alpilles I am really hopeful she can show us what she can do today. The key will be to relax and hopefully get a nice trip round.

Oscar Mike heads to Nottingham and will have come on for his debut. The trip should suit and Callum knows him from home so I am looking forward to seeing what he can do.

We also have one runner in France tomorrow. Makarova has made the trip to Longchamp to line up in the Group 3 Prix de St Georges under Tom Marquand.

Best of luck to connections this weekend! Pictured below Makarova and Elouise.
