Monday runners at Lingfield

We have two runners this afternoon at Lingfield to start off Royal Ascot week!

Ben Hamrash looks fantastic and is drawn 5 of 9 today ridden by Oisin Murphy. It doesn’t look a strong race and hopefully Oisin can get him out and travelling and with a bit of luck he can break his maiden. He has been off the track a long time so might be a little bit rusty but hopefully he can start to climb the ladder.

Angel Of Peace (pictured) looks great and I look forward to seeing her hopefully get back on track after a disappointing run last time at Leicester. Unfortunately she has a horrible draw in 11 of 14 which is very difficult over 10 furlongs at Lingfield. Fingers crossed for a good run and the gaps open at the right time!
